It's spelt out exactly the same and would left a reader who doesn't know anything about it reading " Islaan" as in old woman. I understand that it deprived from the word Islaam, but why would you call your leaders Islaam/Islaan instead of calling them Sultan/Suldaan, this is a tradition i've never seen anywhere else in the world.
