If we are to wait until they are "old enough to know whats good" before we marry them off than that won't happen until maybe around 30. A 19 years old girl in this day and age is maybe on the same level, mentally, as 4 or 5 years old girl of girls/women of the past. Compared to our mothers, todays women are mentally deficient and only know how to use their head on one thing. We are weighing off the risk posed by their raging hormones and one which might arise as a result of marrying off mentally immature girl.
