Do you know the human cost of this? Street vendors are banned. PLASTIC is banned. These policies are a huge economic burden and not wise policies for an essentially 3rd world country.
Dr Yalaxoow...Im very much interested in this country...it is on my list of countries to see..btw, I think Rwanda is one of the most beautiful countries on earth...You should see the landscape..ya allah...vegetation everwhere...Mountains that so greenary beyond your comprehension...every food type grows over there...

you have a valid point here but ultimately i think you can't have a city where everyone can basically do what he/she wants. unless you employ strict rules, including banning street venders, you won't improve the quality of your city.
to develop, you need to adopt some painful rules/regulations.
kudos to the government of Rwanda for being a model to the rest of africa.

Meh for all its faults they have made huge advances in HDI, GDP, etc. Definitely impressive for where it used to be.
