Somali stained teeth?

Can anyone explain why so many Somalis back home have stained teeth? What causes this? It can't just be poor hygiene/poverty because I never see Ethiopians or Kenyans with this. Is it something in the water of Somalia? Explain.

It's the water, flouride or something, The water underground reserves in Hargeisa has alot of flouride and it ain't filtered.

I saw some girls that were really pretty but has those red sh!t and they were insecure about their smile.

It can get fixed.. Not sure if they can remove the toffee teeth 100% but I do know a couple of people who went from severe to moderate..

It's simply erosion of the teeth because of the mineral make up of the water in some areas in Somalia, the woqooyi shishe water being the worst and that's why reer woqooyi are known for their brown spots on their front teeth, while Galkacyo water is known to cause high blood pressure which is why Galkacyo is known as the home of the Somali goons.
