Being monitored has some advantage: If you are being watched and some authorities somewhere suspect you, they will let u go as soon as filtered report on you comes in. They may receive code words like "he is tagged" when the guy next to you who is freshie to big brother world will not get off the hook easily. It is like catching one tagged bird with all relevant info on the tag and one that needs a new tag and preparation for all required info.
