Yeah but it makes his CV look good if he can speak Somali especially if his working in a city with a large Somali community. Besides learning an extra language is fun I rly wna learn Mandarin

He could be a spy or Christian missionary. I have seen many gaalos who speak or wants to learn Somali language, and who seek to work in the refugee camps where vulnerable population live. I believe he fits in the latter suspicion.
