It is apparent that capitalism and the libertarianism nature of Somalis is what made Somalia function (not politically though) during the decades of civil war.
It was also apparent that it was government that originally caused Somalia's problems due to their interference of not only people's individual lives but also in the economy with their socialist economic policies (half hearted I should add since I'm honest but it still caused a lot of damage).
The TFG needs to ensure that Somalia will continue to be a totally free market country and declare it a libertarian state in August.
The TFG needs to make sure that their only role in Somalia should be issuing passports, maintaining infrasture so that businesses can operate effectively and efficiently, have a leader represent us on the world stage (preferably a man/woman who operates a large business or at least someone who appreciates and understands the importance of libertarianism and capitalism) and maintain a strong military to get rid of foreign and domestic threats who want to undermine Somalia's security and libertarian nature. The one man government (only the leader is the government) needs to ensure that there is strong competition in the market. The state should also have full control of natural resources for revenue purposes (provided that it is in lands that no individual has a claim to). It needs to be a country where the local street vendor has more power than the President himself.
No parliament is needed. No bureaucracy is needed. Local policing can be done by security companies and the locals (Sharia Law implemented for crimes). The operating budget of the nation should only be infrastructure projects and the money for that comes from selling our natural resources in global markets.
Somalia's problem was government and that problem turned into other problems. The root evil and problem of Somalia comes back to government. Minimize the role of government to the least responsibilities possible and you got yourself a strong stable country thanks to our good friends capitalism and libertarianism.
Only libertarianism can solve Somalia's problems
