My Vote Goes to Farmaajo. Reason, the other candidate is a flip floper. He was an islamist ( salafi), then a democrat then a Suufi. I cannot predict what he would turn out to be next. Farmaajo has been a democratic loyalists. I think Farmaajo is in a better position to help the country and the starving people.

Qualifications are not as important if you do not live in the country you wish to represent. Qualifications become worthless if you haven't lived in the country you wish to represent in over thirty years (before becoming Prime Minister of course). I guess his employment with the Somali embassy in the United States during his 20-something years can be considered a great asset but let's see what happens in this presidential race.

It's also important to note that MP's are voting for the next president; it's not through the ballot box. Farmaajo may be more "qualified" but qualifications doesn't win you the presidency in African countries.
