Guys,

I just found out that, my new boss is female. her name reads Lori. I have never reported to a female boss before. Anything I should be ware of?

Can you guys plz give me some tips. Any red flag that I should be aware of? I heard female boss's take challenging their Ideas personal? Any true to that?
