Nah not like that..
I mean why would one be surprised that someone who drinks on a regular basis all year around *knowing full well its xaraam* would also drink on Ramadan.. Khamri is haram full stop not just during Ramadan.

The people I know who used to break their fast with khamri *they would drink it along with their afur* wouldn't bat an eyelid and when others would give them the shocked face they would say they aint hypocrites..

^ Lol so their mentality is that they started it so they can't give it up a month? it takes 30 days to break a habit and thats how long ramadan is. People are stupid wallahi, Allah made ramadan sort of like a training course for muslims to get back on track on the deen, to drink after your iftar, whats the point of fasting when you add up sins at the end of the day!?, i heard that once you drink khamri your prayers aren't answered for 40 days!

I feel like slapping such people in the face, " I ain't a hypocrite" and then continues drinking, they don't have no shame that they are disobeying Allah and think they are right if they Obey then break their fast then disobey

I don't even think they fasted for deenta.. Cos if they did they wouldn't be drinking during the holy month.. They most likely only fasted because those around them *family etc* were fasting or the like..

May Allah guide them. Runti you never know they left, there's an ayah that makes me shiver that maybe i left the deen, its in Surah Muhammad the last verse says a very interesting thing about muslims who sin and don't repent etc...

38. Behold! You are those who are called to spend in the Cause of Allah, yet among you are some who are niggardly. And whoever is niggardly, it is only at the expense of his ownself. But Allah is Rich (Free of all wants), and you (mankind) are poor. And if you turn away (from Islam and the obedience of Allah), He will exchange you for some other people, and they will not be your likes.

That means Allah will substitute you for another person , like some random man who's a christian will convert because another muslim was exchanged and preferred his lifestyle. Scary Wallahi.
