in the morning i went to the town and came accros this north african girl wich i havent seen her for ages, usually in their culture they do cheek kissing as greetings. i guess i forgot i was fasting.

What difference does it make if you were fasting or not?? Such contact is haram every month of the year.

yea but what you just described is a sin, whether you're fasting or not, whether its Ramadan or not. It's always a sin! So contrary to your title, it is a sin!

Ok, I thoiugh it was a north african mad-hab, guess shaykh exutive was right.
