Yes he's Issa. Fuck those Issa. This is what I mean when there is corruption going on. A clan that doesn't live in Somalia gets to have such a noble high position. Ghelleh's deep pockets made this happen. This election, it is secondary deputy speaker. Next election, speaker. The election after that President. Can you imagine a Issa president of Somalia in the near future? Which village will he run to for protection when he gets overthrown by a coup d'etat?
They already have 8 seats, among the highest in Somalia's parliament yet they don't have a village. And now, deputy speaker???????????????? They are the most represented (as of today and so far) in Somalia politics yet don't live in the country.
