If the people in southern somalia are reffered to koonfurians why arn't the Northerners reffered to as WAQOOVIANS?

From now on all northerners are officailly WAQOOVIAN whether they be from somaliland or puntland.

YOU MUST AGREE IT IS A COOL NAME FOR THEM.
