how to close this big gap?

For some nations there are preparations for evry thing, they don't say straight. Some times they say it out of consideration not because they need to say it. Some times they have to do ziyara mujamala( courtesy call) not because they need to do it.
some times you would get posts that don't applay to the context of the thread and its so annoying. most people are villagers who had never lived in places that knows politeness. some are changing it into a personal.
a memper is posting threads about the body or the pics.he likes this thing but these villagers who don't know that they don't know are keep landing in his thread and giving it a different interpretation than what he meant.
a memper had a had time with a person in a thread and he opens the same topic in other thread and says pls I don't need that persons opinion in this thread but wish to hear other opinions and then that person lands in the new thread and not taking into considerationg to avoad!!
Many are keep saying what are you saying? If you don't get it why not just forget about it?
