Is the reason you claim Isaq are descended from Bucr Bacayr because he practiced jus primae noctis?

Perfect its delightful to see you gaining interest in the study of the origin of the natives on the marehan pensuela( academically mislabel as Somali pensile or horn of Africa)
Perfect, in the old world whenever new powers invaded or arose in the marehan pensuela or the world at large the natieves always freely submitted to new nobility or actively resisted.
As for the “isaaq” they have a tradition of passive attitude toward invaders, that’s why they submitted so easily to the British and that’s why they sumited to the habashe and created a bond in the form of a tributary alliance (habar habusheed)
Bucur bacayr was a jewish king, the same as himiyarte kingdom in yemen, now the arab of himarites were not the progeny of isahaaq ibn ibrahim, they were arabs who adopted jewish lordship
its no secret that the jews practised proselytization as shlomo sand mentioned in his book the invention of the jewish people
lets call the people under bucur bacayr idoor, so that we can draw a distinction between islamicly proselytized people and the natives under the jewish king bucur bacayr.
In the old world there was no such thing as fixed territorial boundaries, that would be invented latter: only few advanced civilisation practised that concept during bucur bacayr time
Bucur bacayrs kingdom was a trading outpost that eventualy became little urban center like the trading post Europeans created in america
The type of people that the iidoor were i made a thread about it
what bucur bacayr did was not unique it happened many times in history, remember this
they were scattered in and around important trading and invading route, so they were always prone to invasion and mixing, weather it was the oromo invasion of jigjiga, which was stopped by wiilwaal, or Abyssinian kings quest to conquer saylac and berbera or daaroods march towards the west or the afar eastern conquest when they were pushed by the habash or the british coming to creat a colonly for the purpose to control the caravan rout so to supply meath for their aden garrison
weather bucur bacayr practised primae nocti is beside the point because a man connected to the orient from which that culture comes would definitely practise such a practise.
it’s common for invading foreigners to take advantage of the natives and since Somalis easily submit to priest like figures, a culture that has long tradition among the Cushitic people, I would not be surprised if bucur bacayr took advantage of the nativity of the locals

Bucur bacaur became like feudal lord that had peasant around his small trading kingdom and those peasant were the idoors.A trading post (or trading fort) was a place or establishment in historic Northern America where the trading of goods took place. The preferred travel route to a trading post or between trading posts, was known as a trade route.
Trading posts were also places for people to meet and exchange the news of the world or simply the news from their home country (many of the world's trading posts were located in places which were popular destinations for emigration) in a time when not even newspapers existed.

viewtopic.php?f=290&t=308437Abadir used his influence to revamp the region’s social structure. Abadir renamed the land to “Harar” or “Bander Abadir” and its inhabitants “Hararis”. This was in an effort to unite the local Muslim ethnic populace in to a single umbrella identity, the “Harari Muslim”. Abadir was instrumental in forming the confederation of Muslim states called Zayla, which stretched from Shoa (south of Wello) to Somalia (including Djibouti), and had Harar as its capitol.
bucur bacayr at best fathered dozen if not few dozen childeren but after his death those childeren were incorporated in the larger confederation of peoples that maitland called "landless and kin- shattered men"The isaaq are made of different peoples that Maitland called in early middle ages England “landless and kin- shattered men”, the Somalis had a different definition for them. The Somalis referred to them as iidoor, meaning choose for me, it is revered to the street vendors (idoor) who Usually had more inside into the quality of the products they were selling along commerce roads in the old Somalia
In the Somali society aristocracy stems from birth right, which is regulated by the Somali law (xeer) which is similar to the old Frankish Salic law. The Somalis trace their aristocratic line (gob) to prominent persons of the past, and since the isaaq where landless and kin- shattered men” they did not have claim to common aristocratic person by definition they did not have the inheritance of camels which served as status symbol like a ducke would inherit a castle and land from his aristocratic father who held a title of king.
There is a similar group of people with the same characteristics of the isaaq and those are the Costermongers of England who lived around 1600-1900, they were street vendors (idoor) who grouped together and “They gained a fairly unsavoury reputation for their "low habits, general improvidence”
There is a similarity between street vendors of England and the isaaq among the Somalis, for example the street vendors of England were known for their “their use of a peculiar slang language” and the isaaq among the Somalis are known for their peculiar use of the Somali language by which the Somalis refer to the isaaq as qaldaans..jaw, naw
There is another group of people who have similar characstricts as the isaaq which are the habiru of ancient Canaanites society, they were landless and kin scattered man who grouped together for protection.
The isaaq like the habiru grouped together somewhere in the 1800 as a common intrest unit and when british colonism came, they had a protector like the hibaru got protection from yahwe.
they were scattered in and around important trading and invading route, so they were always prone to invasion and mixing, weather it was the oromo invasion of jigjiga, which was stopped by wiilwaal, or Abyssinian kings quest to conquer saylac and berbera or daaroods march towards the west or the afar eastern conquest when they were pushed by the habash or the british coming to creat a colonly for the purpose to control the caravan rout so to supply meath for their aden garrison
