You should try making homemade mayo with your blender next time. You can customize it instead of being forced to buy store bought crap. Add your own spices to it and use olive oil (healthier).

Tried making it once and came out light & fluffy. Made it with olive oil, lemon, black pepper, salt, egg yolk, cider vinegar and mustard.
