PrinceDaadi, the pm and the federal states are not mutually exclusive, you can find the most capable person within fixed blocks. We have to deal and play the cards we are given, no one has the magic wand to make qabiil disappear.

2. A Jubbaland state does not exist on the ground it hasn't been formed yet.

3. Khaatumo only exists in Taleex village.

5. Awdal state does not exist.

4.Somaliland does not consider itself as a federal state part of Somalia. Which leaves 1.Puntland to be the only real federal state part of Somalia in this poll.
Thus the vote goes to Puntland.
I agree entirely, except the Khaatumo part. Khaatumo was built just this year, and there is good chance it will have all it's territory soon. They are surrounded by two hostile administrations that don't like them to prosper. Insha allah, they will come out of this strong. Agree about Awdal Land and Jubbaland being internet administrations tho

Somalia has entered an enlightened phase, we prefer to use the federal states where individual members hail from rather than mentioning their qabiil directly. Awdal state and Jubbaland have strong and groundswell support in the diaspora and few committed members on the ground, that itself is worthy of recognition. As for Somaliland, as long as you do not have your own passport, you have no authority to claim sovereignty.

We are talking about things that exist on the ground not diaspora mamuuls or internet mamuuls kid (which both Awdal state & Jubbland fall under this category).
Although Sland has its own passport, having a passport is not the main factor of sovereignty but rather if you control your lands. Somaliland is more of a real
country on the ground than Somalia since it controls most of its land unlike Somalia which has been invaded by Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia etc.
Learn the definition of sovereignty.
Definition of sovereignty.
Supreme power or authority.
The authority of a state to govern itself or another state.
Synonyms:
supremacy - dominion

Sagaashan, There were a lot of Maamuls that diaspora folks tried to build, but we all know it's not going to sell. Examples : Maakhir(Warsangeli) , Mareeg state( Siwaaq roon), WestMudug Land(Leelkase) , Azania( Ogaden). All those maamuls died because they don't have support inside their territory. Jubbaland and Awdal Land for now is the same as those, until they actually announce it.

Wait how about I create my own Maamul from Charlotte. Bring bunch of dhalin yaro, throw a party, announce it on Dayniile, and I have a maamul Lol

A lot of the maamuls you mentioned are of the grievance kind, which basically based on anger and frustration. that can always change that is why i decided to use Jubbaland rather than the limited Azania. Jubbaland is more broad and inclusive leading to a possible permanent solution. As for the Awdal state which the qualified Ahmed Samatar hails from are also sick of the Triangular policies of expansionism, isaaqism, diana products, and endless parties/heeso of the phantom state :steviej:

Khaatuumo is a offshoot of SSC which was created in 2009, it is not really something that is new. I doubt they will regain the territories they claim since they
are divided house, under equipped and politics isn't on their side. Yes any sane person can see Awdal state and Jubbaland state are internet myths.

convince me otherwise.

Excluding SL, PL has vast experience in this position as it has been tried and tested and they also control a large part of Somalia so that is what they bring.
Jubbaland, although no admin established they have large amounts of soldiers available to join up it would be unwise for the govt to not negotiate with them.
Khatumo, has some intellectuals but they are qurbojoog politicians who haven't got a foothold on what they claim to represent.
Awdalland, well that's just an internet invention and Samatar hasn't got a rats ass of a chance.

Alll that is calacaal, a PM is not going to be appointed cause the President is seeking to consolidate different regions into a country. All those regions are already part of Somalila. Khaatumo intellectuals are Qurbo-joogo, what kind of argument is that? How many of the last 10 PMs haven't been qurbo Joogo? Aren't Abdiweli and Ina Sharmarke qurbo-joog?

The thing with most somalilanders is simply that they hate to see a Marexaan or Dhulbahante as PM, and would therefore prefer a PM from PL.

If that is calaacal then why was an Abgaal president elected - it's no coincident the IC realised it was important for Muqdisho to be stable to install one of it's own.
So now I am against Dhulbahante and Mareexan, well you're 50% right I am against former for obvious reasons he will use his position against SL as for Marexaan I have no problem about them getting it or any other Darood.

Why can't you support anyone other your subclan you would probably support one of your own regardless of his credentials.

Another thing why are you so opposed to a majerteen PM?
