I knew these people never been interested in Jihaad. They were there for tribalistic and nationalistic agenda for the first place.
I wrote an article back in 2007 about 20 men who left for Somalia. I explained in details about what caused them to go over there. Even I went far saying these groups are "Itixaad" group known of their never interest in Jihad.
They all wanted to come back. No one one even in his head thought he is going to die. What? They are there to show off and come back. Then brag about it going to Jihad.
Again all of them were not the same. Some went there to die and go to paradise. Few of them..
That was their intention actually my opinion.
