I do not believe those signatures represent Jubbaland state. Jubbaland is three regions, Sade and Absame live in those regions, but some of the clans do not live in Jubbaland to be a represented to such an extent. I am sorry but Lelkase do not live in Jubboyinka, and besides Calanley xaafad in Kismayo (and not counting "Cawramale") Harti do not live in Kismayo. In all fairness, lelkase and harti get signatures and not Sheikhaal, Jireer, Gaaljecel, Cawramale.

Sadeboi am not sure what to make out of this article, Somalis tend to report waar aan dhameystirnen, we shall wait and see until the real agreement is signed, however if its true that both Harti and Leelkase are included than you should know, both clans live there, and they have lived there for the past 100 years, jubboyinka is not Kismaayo alone, however waa logu kala badanyahay you should also know that these clans shed blood for Kismaayo, in reality kama xigtid.

I agree with Sadeboi that many smaller clans are not represented like bantu, bajun, galjecel shiikaal etc and if the state is to materialize they have to be included. If leelkase and harti are eating good, we shouldnt but rude and snatch the food off their plate but be happy for them, politics aside we are kin.
