What did Prophet Muhammad do that ennobled him more than Jesus? They both were agents of God who promoted righteousness and piety to their nations. They both were of sound moral character, they both were beloved of God, etc. The thing that sets Jesus apart is that he was not born of the seed of man, but from the spirit of God which breathed life into the womb of Mary. This is what it says in the Qu'ran, this miraculous birth should make him holier and more special than any other prophet!

1) Prophet Muhammad [PBUH] was not a messenger for all generations of mankind, but just for his own ummah (the people who lived during his time, and afterward). 2) The spirit and word of God impregnated Mary with Jesus, this is what it says in the Qu'ran....I hope you are not trying to contest it 3) Sure Adam may have been created in a special way too, but he committed the first sin along with his wife Eve and caused humanity to be expelled from heaven. Indeed, Maryam was one of the best women that walked on earth. Her story is one of my favorite stories to read/listen to, along side with Aasiyah's, Khadija's, Aisha's and Fatima's. May peace be upon them all, i really admired their steadfastness, courage and faith.

Ku noqo, not the spirit and a word of God, but the spirit and word from God. And if we're to get down to the way Maryam (pbuh) conceived Isa (pbuh) is simply put: Angel Gabriel (pbuh) blew into the opening of Maryam’s garment, the breath moved down, traveled through her private parts and into the uterus; and thus she conceived the child. Quite similarly to how God of the bible also blew into Adam’s nostrils. And the spirit itself is something that gives life.

And [mention] the one who guarded her chastity, so We blew into her [garment] through Our angel [Gabriel], and We made her and her son a sign for the worlds.
21:90-91

Also, Jesus is the one who God selected to come back at the end of time and establish a righteous kingdom on earth...another example of Jesus being the favored of God!!

As for Isa( pbuh), he'll reign as a khalif(not a prophet) by the teachings revealed to Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh).

Union Jesus and Mary are both two special human beings , jesus was created and put alive simmilarly like Adam (as), without a father, he will return and die like a man after ruling the world with justice and order.

As to your inquiry of the final prophet muhammad (saw), his parents did not neccasarily die non-muslim, you cannot use that kind of salafi-logic, he was from a noble lineage of mothers and fathers who were not offsprings of zina (adultry) and he was a direct descendents of the two prophets Ismail and Ibrahim (as), He Muhammad (saw) was the greatest creation because his spirit was created before mankind, and it was his spirit that was casted into the loins of adam then through nuh, then abraham, then ismail, and then finally hashim and then he was born of pure light. It is said that when his mother gave birth in the cold deserts of syria it lit up the citadels with a strong light, he was indeed the greatest, and the most purest prophet, and the most beloved to god.

Which is why compared to Allah's law in our Ummah, since we are the Ummah of the prophet, it is much more generous and kinder then the law of the torah of the people of Moses, and lot and Nuh, its because Allah loves the prophet muhammad and for his sake we have mercy from Allah.
