Ras Kambooni runs every tuulo and town between Dhoobley and Kismaayo they are pretty much the Government of the Lower Jubba.

There's no audio and its highly unlikely Gen.Diini would say such irresponsible remarks against the most important local actor in the Jubba region, he is there to oversee operations and report back to Mogadishu not to make political statements. Abdulqasim is among his closest advisors, and we all know the role he played in Kismayo while "president".

I want to see the formation of an all inclusive Jubbaland for the betterment of all its citizens.
This is the only path to peace and prosperity.
