yes that's it, and no one is the vast majority of American and world politicians. That is why he resigned from being Secretary of State.

Really there is a better chance of Rumsfeld coming back than Powell, and know how bad Rumsfeld was.

Powel has a good head on his shoulders, and is greatly respected, his only failing was induring the bullying and succumbing to WMD nonesense in iraq.
