Gun in the house actually does not make you save. If you have gun in your home your more likely that gun itself hurts you or members of your family more than the gun protect you. Your more likely someone in your family or you uses that gun for suicide or even murder whit in the family.. your more save not having guns in your home than you have it.

Apparently in my state, you have to take 5 hour gun safety control. You have to put the gun in places far from kids and locked up all the time. Also you have to put the ammunition and the gun separately. More than 65% of Americans legally own guns with no trouble

The shooter was Adam, not Ryan. Adam is 20. He's dead. His brother is in custody. Another brother found dead in their New Jersey home

Adam attacked and killed his mother and her kinder gardeners. Then he sprayed bullets at other classrooms

Then he killed himself. He killed 20 kids and 6 adults

At first, I was excited at the high rate of death. I thought to myself ---FINALLY, an idiot with a gun finally got it. He got a lot of bodies. Its about time--I got tired of gun not working at the last minute. Or some stupid excuse for luck or malfunction. 26? Wow. Perfect number.

But then I heard it was kids under 8? and I just felt bad. I wish it was high school kids. They are brats anyway. No, the idiot was a monster. Kids that age are angels. I wish they were 15 and above.

I don't think Gun control is the answer. Take for instance the colorado shooter, he was mentally stable, educated, and had no signs of problems with the law. Can you justifiably stop that person from getting a gun? The sad reality is that these are random, sparodic shootings, which is almost impossible to stop ahead of time unless you can see the future.

I don't think Gun control is the answer. Take for instance the colorado shooter, he was mentally stable, educated, and had no signs of problems with the law. Can you justifiably stop that person from getting a gun?

Restricting gun possession for private citizens would decrease the chances of this happening.. Strict gun control is the answer..

America has about 1/3 of the guns in the world, but gun ownership is declining. Those who have guns usually have more than one gun. About 39-50% of households in america own atleast one gun, America has a population of 300 million people. There are about 190-300 million guns in the US, no real data has ever been taken because of Gun Lobbiest preventing it. Now, if we restrict gun ownership and decrease it about 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, there are still a hell of a lot of Guns in the US.

Now, if we look at the two most recent cases, colorado movie theater killing and this one, the chances of this happening compared to the number of guns in the US, that is 4-7 guns out of 190-300 million guns, with the way you guys are seeing it, a lot more of this should be happening. Yes, there are too many guns, but, the truth is that these kinds of incidents are very rare.
