Xiinow is right unfortunately The gabooye/madhibaan are mostly discriminated in the NW (somaliland areas) where they are most populated too. there re very few of them in the south. i could be wrong though (never been to somalia)

There are big population of "midgaans" who have their own clan names, in Gaalkacyo, hiiraan, Galgaduud and xamar. People dont intermarry with them unfortunatelly. Other than that, they are ordinary citizens. Same for jareers, nobody harasses them.

it is never ok to mistreat someone because of how they look, period.

people who think some other people are inferior to them because of whatever reason are sick-minded and need to isolated from the rest of the people.
