I pay basic, 40 a month.
Of all the accidents I've been involved, I was partly responsible in only one and got all the money in others. Besides, this whole insurance business is the biggest scam there is in this world. But I guess since driving is a high risk endevour, it makes sense. But to get a health insurance, life insurance, house insurance, and an insurance on your insurance (like what they do in the stock exchange) then u see how others make money on what supposedly could happen to you. For all we know, you could supposedlybe killed tomorrow, your house might catch fire, etc. Islamically speaking, its illegal to pay money on things that may occur by chance. I wonder how Sh. Hyper and arab saalixs view this matter.

talo, scholars in ; hay'at Islamic all agreed is haraam and is in " akl maal bel haraam from both sides, the insurence companies and client". but they all down of neccessatity one's life. where im, you are only forced to have basics insurent against others. the other option is to have full cover. or not drive at all.

i witnessed many people who killed their kids or hurt, who refused insurence money and asked if they given dia from the kins or just didnt take anything at all.
