Hargeysa is beyond clan settlements, if I wanted to I could plant a giant flag of my face in any district and nobody would bat an eyelid.

Do you know where Bulaxar is? It is a Sacad Muse town, west of Berbera.

It always makes me laugh how Sacad Muse claim hargeysa when Ciidagale were the first people to set foot and settle in hargeysa.
