A no is a no. Your wife continues to say no, get a new one.
Or just be patient with her just like she would have been with you.Do you think there are men who say YES everytime their wife wants? i dont think so.We all humans not mashins and there are times pple are not up for it.Just because you got married dont expect you will get it everytime you want to.
bismilaah !

be patient is not good enough, what if she makes excuses several times, you start to become insecure about when you can have it, you never really know when. It is sad life to live, wearing your heart on your sleeve in your own home.

sex is not food man, it is not something you can make yourself, or get at a restaurant  I know some wives use food as a weapon against their husband, and the husband can get it other places waa iska caadi. but if she is not giving you sex and she is the only place you can get sex, for example you have only 1 wife, that is a big f-king problem soma ahan. If your having an argument that is a legitimate excuse, but imagine being refused sex arbitrarily ? As Alpha said, if she continues to say no without a good reason, then it is time to change. I advice for an additional wife instead of a replacement wife.

refusing the spouse sex, isn't that a crime in it self ?? don't you think that is inhumane itself ?? its not funny being refused sex you know, and because Western Nations do not have any policies dealing with this, the frustration of one of the spouse can sometimes lead to this kind of shit, and its not going to be pretty is it. Stop being emotional, I agree what he did was wrong, but in general I am against wives refusing sex to their husband, it is his right as a husband.

In a marriage both partners have rights over one another, sex being one of many.
Its wrong for either partner to deny sex to the other for prolonged periods, without just cause.
However, raping your wife because she didn`t want sex there and then, is unforgivable.
Just because your married to a woman, doesn`t mean to say you "own her".

n if tha terms n conditions, for exampol sex, r broken

eitha party can gtfo of tha contract.

2 say 1 has ryts 2 anotha persons bady indirectly mekes it okay 2 claim those ryts by force.

n dat tekes away an individwals ryts

Of course the partners in a marriage have rights over one another.
Both partners have the right to have their carnal needs satisfied.

They also have a right of companionship, financial and emotional support.
This doesn`t mean to say the woman is "owned" or is the property of the man.

ps having a right to use a road doesn`t imply ownership of the road.

Sex is part of marriage....if there wasn`t any sex then you wouldn`t call it a marriage.
Having said that, I`m not suggesting sex must be provided on tap.

Hopefully I`ve cleared up any misunderstanding you may have had. :D

les teke our ideas of mariaj aside 4 a sec, 4 argumens seke

if ryts r entitlemens

n ppl can hav ryts 2 otha ppls badies

it mekes it within tha prsons ryts 2 demand usage of their ryts, no?

y nt call it an aspect of tha arangement? callin it ryts mekes it a difcult situashun

bcuz hw xactly r the ryts enforced? wat hapens wen they r denied? hw far dos a spouse hav 2 giv up the ryts to their own badies, so anotha person can exercise theirs?

r they nt legal ryts? cn u be persecutd 4 sayin no?

u cnt say they r ryts widout definin tha boundarize.

i dnt c hw any1 can hav ryts 2 anotha persons body, sayin issa ryt transcends n undermyns consent.

she said am drunk iga qalee what part of that doesn't this fool get besides i think what triggered all the ocassions where he was refused some loving time was due to the backlash of forcing her the first night while drunk .. it looks to me as the bitch is making him suffer for his actions of the first night and this marriage is done and dusted.

Everybody has a right to refuse sex.....there is no ambiguity.
Within the bounds of marriage, which is a legal contract, there are rights afforded to both spouses, sex being one of them.

If for example, a couple get married and for whatever reason they fail to have sex, the marriage can be voidable.
That is to say sex within the bounds of marriage is considered, a legally binding contractual agreement.

Now we can have a philosophical debate on the rights of the individual to withhold consent, but in the context of marriage, the law is very clear.

bt then it isnt a protected ryt. its jus a term of tha agreement, a condishun, a part of tha contract.

if no sexytym mekes the mariaj invalid, tht suports wat i sed b4: the most sayiin no 2 sex in a mariaj shld do is result in divors or anulment.

therefor, rape between spousez is stil rape, evan if sex is an aspekt of tha contrac.

in legal practis.

I`ve never said, suggested or implied that rape is anything other than just that....rape.
My point was that within marriage, sex is a contractual agreement.

This agreement cannot be enforced ie you can`t take your wife to court and force her to consent to sex.
