I am sorry to say this about our beloved deceased president, but bare is one shy, unusual leader. Nearly, all his photos with leaders-- he never is captured looking them in the eye. In fact, the photos above are prime examples--u can tell the white men are just bedazzled at his outbursts of laughter.
