Shirib- Man Utd spent big because they got the money from their football operation so I can't blame em at all. But Chelsea just splahsed like 300 million and the money came from the owners pocket. Big difference !

Colonol, Arsenal may not be winning anything, but you have to admire their exciting pass-1st brand of football. Only Barca and Ajax of old can match them

well u gotta start somewhere. You can't win championships if you don't have a squad. Now Chelsea win and spend off of that.

Other teams have to spend in order to compete.

anzhi and zenith are delivering the killer blows, you can't just say go for it.. it is just wrong to spend that amount of money on players and even the salaries are getting out of hand.. if FFP doesn't fix this how do you suggest UEFA could stop this madness or do you suggest football should inherit a laissez faire attitude when it comes to finances?

he's a sore loser sometimes, i remember porto vs man utd in the CL back in 04 he looked like he wanted to punch mourinho because he was celebrating and when he doesn't get his fergie-time he goes on a 5 minute rant after the match about how the referee stopped 5sec before time or something similar.

Willian is a quality player, perhaps not worth 35 mil but as you said the market is inflated. The real tragedy is seeing teams splash 12 mil for Chris Samba or 20+ mil for mediocre English players (Henderson, Carroll...).

Football is becoming extremely boring to watch anyway. World Cup 2010 killed the game by introducing us to ridiculous defensive tactics. Teams like Spain or Barca play beautiful yet boring football. I don't want to watch a game where one team passes the ball horizontally for 40 minutes whilst on the edge of the opposition's box.

Teams like Dortmund, Shakhtar Donetsk and Chile is what football is about. Fluid, exciting, skill-full and fast-paced football. Thank God we still have the Bundesliga.

Brazil 2014 is the last hope for the beautiful game.

Im a United fan but when i watch United games this season its like a nightmare, a torture! apart from one or two games im very disappointed at their performance..

Arsenal and Liverpool they too became very boring.. in EPL Chelsea is the most pleasing team in performance tbh.

Thats why i tend to watch Barcelona games recently it's a joy, and the last el classico was a master piece
