Re: The looming battle for the kulmiye leadership
It's a two man race, between Musa Biixi and Abdiaziz Samaale. Silanyo will play be neutral in the race. Musa Bixii will be the winner since he is very popular with HJ community, from Balidhig to Xiis. His running mate will be Abdirazaq Khaliif.Sanbalolshe wrote:It should be interesting don't you think? Re: The looming battle for the kulmiye leadership
come on guys who the fuck cares his sub sub clan? What are his credentials, his chances in the upcoming Kulmiye Party? I'm already sensing bad blood between Muse biixi and President Silaanyo. It seems, Muse Biixi is being squeezed out of his position in favor of another candidate from the same clan.
In in all, it seems the current class of politicians are weak at a time when we need a strong leader. Jamal cali xuseen seems a reasonable guy, but I'm little skeptical of how much hand Faysal Cali waraabe has in the Ucid affairs. I have feeling, that faysal cali waraabe is the Khomeini and Jamal is Ahmeddenajad.
Cirro and Wadani are little too tough to read. But based on what we know from Cirro past, we can say that in confidence that cirro doesn't really bring much change to the table. He is more of the same of today's old politics. No new Ideas, just simply looking to attain his personal goal whatever the cost. He chairs the least productive branch of government though the most important. As chairman of the Parliament, he has not really done whole lot to distinguish himself from the rest. He IS part and parcel of the old and unimaginative political core that ruled somaliland for last decade plus.
As for Kulmiye and Muse biixi; pray to God that this man never gets anywhere near that chair. A career soldier by profession with zero expertise in anything outside of Xarshin. At a time like this, We don't need a village idiot, we need someone with academic background and worldly experience who can predict and successfully forecast the shift and change in the political situation as it pertains to Somaliland.
But sadly, my dearest Somaliland, none of which she shall see soon.

the list of potential candidates looks bleak indeed, wallahi I always thought someone like ina maygaag (aun) would have been a great statesman, maybe even ina xaashi (but he is too old and beer jilicsan).
I like cirro but he is too soft also, I wouldn't trust faysal to look after my house let alone our country as for biixi -

The Kulmiye party is like a zoo at the moment, everyone wants that spot for 2015. Even Ina Kahin looooooooooooooooooooool, I mean come on lets give Dhegaweyne a chance as well then. Samaale waxaa wataa Xirsi just a another parrot. But Muse and Siilaanyo already had an agreement couple of years ago that Muse would get the top spot after Siilaanyo.
