This is true. If Somali diaspora from abroad are considered as tourists, then the number would be much higher than 500 only.

That figure only includes Westerners going to strange lands for a visit. While the Djibouti number includes also Somalis coming back for a visit since that number is from a UN estimate which is basically an airport estimate. News articles for an estimate
