Sxb Jalle Siyaad Barre AHN was not helping clan by clan. He was creating opportunities for every Citizen. We have hundreds of Saleebaan Students and HG in general who benefited in the opportunities he created be it academics, healthcare etc. If you are referring to the Saleebaan Vs Mareexaan war in the 80s, There has been worst wars between every Somali clan. Murusade Killed More saleebaan than Somali government plus other somalis combined. If you think outside the Box, You will definately know that, Our country was better off under the Milatary than now. The Only Somali people who can dig a grave is Alshabaab and no one considers Siyaad Barre awliyo. I will talk to Libaan Xusseein who is the broadcaster for the somali national TV In minneapolis if I can talk about how he needs to be exhummed and burried in the national Cemetry( Qubuuraha Qaranka). I am not sure if those Ilka yar Suufis would allow us to exhum him because Reer kooshinka ayay lacag uga qaataan Siyaad Barre ayaan Quluwale U aqrinaah everyday. He needs to be given proper burrial with Army Parade etc.
