I don't think the problem here is the constitution but the fact that both Puntland and Gal Mudug claim the same city that is Gaalkacyo, this is the root of the problem and if solved once and for all the reoccurring clashes would be no more.

Even if Galmudug didn't inhabit 10% of Galkacyo, there would still be clashes due to the inherent savage nature of Galmudug people. Galmudug people don't share cities with their cousins in central Somalia, but they're still mired in constant conflict with them! As a matter of fact, Galmudug people are the common-denominator whenever a fight occurs in Central Somalia. Not surprising considering that they're lead by a warlord as if they're still living in the middle-ages.

I don't think the problem here is the constitution but the fact that both Puntland and Gal Mudug claim the same city that is Gaalkacyo, this is the root of the problem and if solved once and for all the reoccurring clashes would be no more.

How do we solve it without reconciliation bro? If you hurt someone you have to ask for forgiveness hadii kale aarsi buu weligiis raadsanayaa.
