How can we build on federalism if each state have an army? There must be reconciliation first, Second would be making the SAF the only armed forces in the country. The states should only be allowed to have a police force.

War f'ck your anti Somali nation constitutionAdali wrote:is it constitutional ?Zizzz wrote:How can we build on federalism if each state have an army? How can we have tens of different militias for every state? The general of each state should come from the tribe of that state but the army must be a federal army not the states.
If the constitution says otherwise then let's call it a wrap and go our separate ways. F'ck this. A constitution signed by illiterates and written by the enemy of our nation shouldn't blind us sxb.

The Somali constitution signed in Garowe, the capital of the state currently in war with Gal mudug. I am neither in support or against the constitution, I am very much neutral, it would be unpatriotic to oppose ones country's constitution don't you think.

Those who were made irrelevant have been reduce to spreading lies on the Internet.
The holy city is peaceful, was speaking to family there this morning and ain't no one mention this BS.
As for Galmudug the only thing they have there is their community center, the least of anyone's worries really.

And signed by the Gal-Mudug "state" you should add. It would be unpatriotic of me if it was a revised one. This constitution is what is hampering any progress the government tries to make. Everyone and their grand mother screams "dastuurka" when the same dastuur is devised to destroy anything that we could build upon. We are one people and we should build a democratic nation where qabiil is forbidden to practice. What we need is reconciliation among the tribes. True and honest reconciliation. Where we talk about everything that has happened since the collapse of the nation. Give back everything that belongs to the other tribes and forgive each other. As long that doesn't happen we'll be going in circles screaming "dastuurka".Adali wrote:The Somali constitution signed in Garowe, the capital of the state currently in war with Gal mudug. The only reason Puntland hasn't squashed Galmudug like a cockroach is because they use that little state during Federalism show- downs with Mogadishu.
As soon as Jubbaland has been established, they can finally teach that little ghetto "state" some manners.

I don't think the problem here is the constitution but the fact that both Puntland and Gal Mudug claim the same city that is Gaalkacyo, this is the root of the problem and if solved once and for all the reoccurring clashes would be no more.Zizzz wrote:And signed by the Gal-Mudug "state" you should add. Even if Galmudug didn't inhabit 10% of Galkacyo, there would still be clashes due to the inherent savage nature of Galmudug people. Galmudug people don't share cities with their cousins in central Somalia, but they're still mired in constant conflict with them! As a matter of fact, Galmudug people are the common-denominator whenever a fight occurs in Central Somalia. Not surprising considering that they're lead by a warlord as if they're still living in the middle-ages.

How do we solve it without reconciliation bro? If you hurt someone you have to ask for forgiveness hadii kale aarsi buu weligiis raadsanayaa. "Iga raali noqo waan kaa qaldanaa, ee sidee uwada noolaana walaalow" have to be said. And then they could agree on how to solve disputes peacefully in the future. Easier said then done waan ogahay. But it's the only way to move forward. Deegaan kasta waa iney geed quraca hoostiisa imaadan eyna ka wada hadlaan wixii dhacay, sidii leysku cafin lahaa, sidii loo wada noolaan lahaa iyo sidii eysan mar danbe u dhici leheen wixii dhacay.Adali wrote:I don't think the problem here is the constitution but the fact that both Puntland and Gal Mudug claim the same city that is Gaalkacyo, this is the root of the problem and if solved once and for all the reoccurring clashes would be no more.Zizzz wrote:And signed by the Gal-Mudug "state" you should add.
