You have a twisted notion of betrayal. The man is exercising his god given abilities to think and choose the way he wants to live his life. He doesn't have to conform to the customs and expectations of the tol.

Somaliland is bigger than any single individual. Furthermore if the man like majority of SL people wishes Somalia to rise up, why should that be a bad thing for SL?
I think the problem is no who or what Mo Farah or any other person from SL supports. The real issue is this concept that one most choose a side and once you have chosen your side must feel no love for the other side.
We SL folks and not just Mo wish you guys a steady return just so long as you don't drag us into the burning fire.
