There are many names i hear but don't know if there nicknames or somali names . Is "Botan" ," Morgan" " Hannah" Somali names?

Those three you've mentioned have english origins. To be frank most Somali names are derived from a lot of different origins.

Botan is not english but morgan and hannah are of english origin.

Hannah is an Arabic name Bootaan is Somali,Moogan is a Somali nick name

Are Mikaahiil, Jibraahiil and Abraahiim (The clan names)
are they Somali or are they Michael Gibrael and Abraham

They are probably Somalized versions Mikaaeel, Jibriil and Ibraahiim. There is no way Somalis would call themselves Michael or Abraham
