I was expecting a more reliable proof from a non-biased major site like the Guardian or Independent. Globalresearch.ca is sorta a blog, based in Canada, and its members include Russians, Iranians, etc. Wikipedia states:
The group was designated by the United Nations as a terrorist organisation and by the United States in December 2012.

So, it (as well as sites like the Guardian & Independent) nullifies your claim that they are backed by Al-Shaidan Al-Kabir (The US).

Hutuking i am not a fan of assad and the Alaawis but the al nusra and Salafi Jihadists are not making life easy for the Syrian people they hijacked a national struggle and turned into an international conflict , And because of them many innocent people died our thoughts are with the victims. By the way not all dictators are good and not all dictators are bad. Hugo chaves was a good man .. Robert Mugabe is a good dictator isaias afewerki is a good dictator , our judgement is based on their merits. Even Afweyne was good the first 10 years , but there are bad dictators like Ali abdalle salax like Mubarak the dog or like Gadafi and his filthy green book. these are all bad dictators. I believe asad is a bad man to . but the salafi jihadists are worse than him they would sell the country to israel.

The article is 16 months old. It states "Some 55% of Syrians want Assad to stay, motivated by fear of civil war"; not because he's admired, Their views have changed drastically since then.
