The second time I had a severe allergic reaction to something I ate, I didn't even know I was allergic to it. We take it for granted but imagine not being able to breath for a few minutes.
Alhamdulilah I am still here

Breathing helps and thinking of positive thoughts helps you ease off.Zeliha wrote:I remember not feeling well, my heart racing and feeling weaker by the minute I yelled and next thing I know is waking up on the sofa. I fainted in the bathroom.

My closest moment was when my Beechcraft plane developed mechanical problems as we were trying to land it at an airstrip. The propeller seized up and were flying on one set. I am looking at the nearest airstrip below right in the middle of the jungle. We radio the air traffic control and are told that there is no emergency rescue facility there. We continue ahead and start to dump fuel to avoid a fire. I am sweating profusely and praying to God and begging Sheikh Jeylani, Cabdallah iyo Cawerere to intercede on my behalf. I don't want to die in a far off place without even a Mosque to have Salatal al Janazah. Fortunately, the engine comes back on and we proceed to gently put down the plane before alighting upon which I fell to the ground and praised Allah for rescuing me.
Yes, happy thoughts and keeping in mind wax uusan ilaahay qorin inaysan dhaceen.AbdiWahab252 wrote:Breathing helps and thinking of positive thoughts helps you ease off.Zeliha wrote:I remember not feeling well, my heart racing and feeling weaker by the minute I yelled and next thing I know is waking up on the sofa. Enough. When I was born, the doc said I wasn't going to make it. Yet I did.DafIyoMiriq wrote:AW
