Actually Sahal it was no victory for both sides it was just a compromise
Before the talks i said they would agree on a joint committee which is just on technical level to manage the airspace of the 2 sides and now we know its being based in hargeisa .It would be a victory for Somaliland if it was allowed to manage its separate airspace . it would be a victory if Somalia would separately manage the entire airspace and the seat of this office would be in Mogadishu instead of a joint committee. But they took a compromise each side gaining , Somaliland allowed to manage with Somalia the entire airspace of the former Somali republic and their office to be seated in hargeisa. Its just a compromise, its no real victory for either side.

Yeah its a compromise/mosawama and somaliland needed this to control its part and it was its initiative. FSG is not controlling somaliland but from now on it will control through the somali republic... Having the responsibility and actually their employees will operate in hargeysa, this benefits them more than the office being based in mogadisho.
