Actually they haven't won anything and so hasn't Somaliland its a clear compromise. Somaliland got a deal sharing the revenues which it didn't had before , the walanweyns could have not agreed to this. But there was allot of pressure to concede because the UN agencies could not visit Somaliland. Somaliland gained that its on equal footing with the Somalia goverment when it comes to the airspace and its office will be seated in hargeisa. In the heart land of Somaliland , who has than more leverage. What did the SFG gain yeah a foothold in Hargeisa aviation office they jointly manage with a break away republic. Who dont recognize them as the goverment for Somaliland. Its clearly a compromise and a practical solutions, thats why i dont belief the Puntland websites who say its a win for Somaliland, or those who claim its a win for Somalia. Its clearly something in the middle.

I have studied the economy of south somalia really well , and i know how its booming now and why.
but this boom is short lived my friend, you will soon face the problems somaliland faces and your economy will gind to a halt.
i am invested in xamar my friend, allot of my family are investing more in xamar than in somaliland, because the chaos in the market keeps it open and free from monopolists, unlike somaliland.

Baydhabo is one of the largest cities in Somalia, you can't compare that to cabudwaaq. The pm is the pm of the whole country and when there is security in the whole country than that is when I will despite who the pm is for all regions to get their share.

Besides this is to see a general overview of what the country needs and not what is going to be allocated to which cities or regions.
