To 14 years in federal prison and will have to serve 8.5 after time served and the legal obligation.

According to the feds, between 2006-2008 he was dealing HEROIN in North Carolina. The feds claim that he converted to Islam, became an Imam and moved to ALGERIA (where the US has NO extradition treaty) to avoid charges that the DEA was about to bring against him. Unfortunately for Loon, he left Algeria, and was picked up by INTERNATIONAL POLICE in Belgium. He was extradited to the United States.

If you're black, do not live in the South unless its a metro area with loads of blacks... like say Atlanta or something. Cost of living is much cheaper in the midwest, the south and the Great Plains but I'd NEVER live in the South.
