Most likely it's Baidao. Siad Barre fled there and his Marehan militia looted all the food solo and agricultural farms. Then Aideed added insult to injury by blockading them in a bid to ensure Barre's forces did not receive any food...1000 people were dying per day in that region because of famine and hunger.
