I tried but nothing useful out of the search. I thought someone may have or know something and save me a time. Was looking for a short-cut. Thanks nonetheless. Google is my first source always.

I tried some of them and even downloaded one, they advertise as free but have limitations within the software so you can buy the full version. Some ask for personal information like a name, an e-mail and company I work for etc, an information I am not willing to depart with.

Thanks for your suggestions. I found the solution. Microsoft Office(Word) 2010 has the Math option under the "insertion" tab. I didn't realize I could use "word" for that purpose until someone at work pointed that out to me.

Most other software I saw are good for graphing. Microsoft Word math writing capability is more extensive.
