war waxaan tabar eey ku ordaan maleh ee naga fadhista yaa dhaho. there is no muscle in him to compensate for the build up of lactic acid as the demand for oxygen increases especially with long distance running he did.



plus is it me or i find myself very reluctant to comment on the threads posted for the last few weeks.

Hes maraton runner. He run 42 km time 2 hours and 17 min. View people can do that..
