I know that you are psychologists and studied human mind and behaviour. What's yr opinion that her husband stayed with her even when she's not at her best?
Was that because he loves her?
He is kind and caring heart?
Why does her husband allow her to eat so much junk?

# 1 she needs a stomach cutting surgery. ( Look at Governor of New Jersery! The Fatso Is already beginning to slim down) Second, one needs to send her to a therapist and ask her why she is depressed. Who molested her? What is her problem that she hides with over eating. All these are very simple things to explore.
