the last crisis in addis talks and fartaag loses the hope

Post by sahal80 »

In my analysis, the govt side, since most of them are engineers they had different tactical negotiations and a great administrative planning.

They started from the most important to least( from securing the ports and army) while the opposite side instead of sticking with these fundamental points they only cared about getting recognition!

After the govt achieved its central and fundamental points, they sent the die-hard and conservative politicians such as abdikarim guleed and cabdi xoosh.

There were three unsolved points, I don't know yet about the local governors...the name of the administration has been changed after an ethiopian pressure on the kismayo side.

Now the big crisis in the last issue(point) is about removing fartaag and replacing him with a politician from ex juba vally faction if this didn't happen the talks will get suspended and what makes it worse is that sheikh madoobe is rejecting to work with a man who is very close to col bare hiiraale...however, fartaag has lost his hopes as some brokers are asking him to save the talks by giving his position to the other competing side.

My analysis; atleast some one who is an independent politician and not a separatist or loyal to be the vice president.

Returning JVA back to Kismayo is unacceptable.
The ports and their revenues will never be handed to corrupt politicians.

Engineers Kulaha.
So how do engineers become the best negotiators?

Do you know to be an engineer you dont require that much negotiation skills or team players?

What Xamar sent are amateurs with no expertise.
If you are going to add a condition at least it should be within the frame work of the SFG constitution. You cant breach the constitution and expect others to compromise. Do yoi think JL is a container full of merchandise and should be shared?
Suppose Huraales cousin is appointed as VP and is shot in Kismaayo. Do you have any marexan that can retaliate? Because the reason why in Shire is being choosen is for him to work as a double agent and create another coup with the assistance of his Cousin turned Shababist Aka Huraale.
Secondly JL name is not negotiable its the historical name of the land before it merged into Somalia. Thus the regime in Xamar insisting on name change just exposes its sinister motive in the 1st place. of the people as well as a name chosen consultationS.
If the meeting stalls Axmed will continue serving his people while the mad men in Xamar will just like a harmless frog will be croaking Jubbalaand and the Regimes recognition Internationaly will wither.
JL have their own contingency plan do Xamarland have a plan? Mise their plan is to fail.

Sahal-

Honestly shut the hell up.

You read couple websites and running your usual tablid bullshit.

DR. Cabdi Shire Warsame will never in his existence sit behind an illiterate and small time puppet like Madoobe who is in two seconds of being mentioned because of Kenya. He has never been part of JVA.

Cabdi Shire Warsame is the uncle of Barre Adan Shire Warsame. The younger brother of Barre's father. Cabdi Shire is also a well educated distinguished diplomate. He served in various posts including AmbassadorAmbassadorships to Iran and Kenya. Abdiwahab knew him when he was on post in Kenya and always respects him for his work.

Cabdi Shire wrote this book on leadership recently hich was widely applauded and recommended by ministers, parliamentarians, etc.

For you or any one of these tabloids to say Dr Abdi Shire will ever sit next to a man who didn't pass 4th grade and is only in two seconds of limelight due to temporary foreign military boots is insulting and absolutely unfounded

 yaa ustaadna voltage al tradaditional i didn't said an ex politician of juba vally faction I said a politician from from the ex vally faction!...this is totally different! I'm talking about the political school/al madrasa al siyasiya!

Bashar al asad is an academic personality, from an elite french high school and english medicine university yet nothing has changed towards the jewish state and the west because he is from the al madrasa al siyasiya of the alawites!

When hassan sheekh was new to the politics, he come up with dr doodisho(is going to be an ambassador in some gulf state) but some how doodisho was a kinda of farah abdulqadir...belongs to an elite islamic school so saacid was picked over him because he has more valley discipline.

As a political education abdi shire is from the juba valley school though I don't know his biography.

There are many al madaris al siyasiya fi al- somaal and each politician belongs to one except a few elites who claim their party being somaliwen, even pro samatar has left this crew!

Ciilmooge is from raaskamboni school and was once spearheading the jubbaland project in qurbajoogta, thus why he got appointed but he doesn't involve in the politics since he got appointed!

Lastly, though I had no contacts in addis I still don't depend on the somali websites...I just follow the talks to come up with my own analysis...even xasan cadde has asked me to write for him an article but I'm planning to do it in al shaahid... some al maqalat al siyasiya(press articles)

Yet, I'm not stating that this is true, its all about being maqal siyaasi!

So HAG would rather have Ethiopians rule Jubbaland over it's own native Somali muslims. Ya allah this is Jihad plus we have Kenya bring it on inadeer mooryaan.

I am for 100 years of blood-shed over this doqon president and this HAG NGO dawlad non-sense. :eat:

Sahal, the interior minister pressured Ahmed Madobe to abandon getting called Madaxweyne and accept to be called General-Governor!, any conformation on that Sahal.

Anyway how is the talk going based on your inside sources!

The govt side had two arguments on this issue; they said if they recognise both of the two jubaland leaders, it will create a problem for the govt in other states, hence, the vice president has to be appointed by the central government.

Taking out the suffix land may also has a political agenda to make them maamul of provinces insead of maamul goboleed

Gudoomiyaha guud of the provinces is another agenda its like saying gudoomiyaha labada shabeele!

Today will be the last meeting, I heard the kismayo side has fed up but are under ethiopian pressure.
