The governor of Pirate safe haven Puntland is throwing the worst tantrum yet. He said he does not recognize the peace agreement between the Federal Government and the regional administration of Jubbaland. Farole is psychotic and he feels no one is listening to him. He feels there is need for him to decide what others do or say but everyone got tired of him including Puntland which might erupt into an open civil war should the "elections' not be held soon.

Farole and his small supporters might even declare secession. Anything is possible with him.

? Puntland deals with the international community directly. You have U.S special representative James Swan visiting Garowe not too long ago. You have U.N representative Nicholas Kay visiting a while back as well. Not only that, Puntland will be going to Brussels conference and will sit next to the Somali delegation. It was confirmed by those 12 member EU delegation.

What Farooles Puntland is trying to tell the world is , Puntland will never ever take orders from Moqdisho. Either let's do it in federal way and respect the constitutions or we will stay away from a centralized government based in Moqdisho.
