New Sept 03 2013 snapshot of the Bokolmanyo refugee camp housing about 42,000 refugees from Somalia in Ethiopia by UNHCR.

no, I believe it's been operating since start of civil war in early 90s. 2nd largest refugee camp in the world, after Dadaab in Kenya.

Pointing finger at somaali while habash are the largest refugee in yemen, sudan etc. and in middle east ethiopian maids are been killed daily.

BTW there are more ethiopian refugee in Dadaab now.
