Is it true White people just happen to find bread and Soda floating in the water... are white people soo innocent that they have not looted one single store in New Orleans..

The first picture and caption, here shows a black resident wading through chest deep water "after looting" a grocery store.

But a second picture picture and caption shows two white residents again wading through chest deep water "after finding" bread and soda in a local grocery store.
