Wednesdays:Triceps/Shoulders/Back
Thursday:Cardio/rest
Friday:Abs & Legs
Saturday: Complete body-work-out
Sunday: Cheat-day
during the workout days i'll alter between eating at a surplus and at a deficit, I'll bump this thread once I'm done

Oh and no supplements needed either, just have the regular vitamin tabs at home, cod-liver oil and these zinc+iron+flaxseed grains that I mix into w/e i'm eating.
