The lady is a disguished banker (from Wall Street, no less) who had, unfortunately, a failed a bankrupcy proceeding some time ago, since some business venture she was involved in went south on her.

But, unfortunately the clique who governs Mogadishu are so clueless about how things are done in that part of the world, they thought this is a "smoking gun". Hence it's all goes to show you the calibre of them; which really surprise me, not that they would do such thing; but that she would dabble with their kind of "two-a-penny-looters"; and in particularly she will even deign to work for them.
